Patches from Heaven - do you have yarn leftover from some of your projects? Here is a pattern to knit. These 9"x12" garter stitch patches are sewn together and distributed to the local "out-in-the-cold" program in the cold weather.  Send some warmth to others but knitting patches; don't let your yarn sit around gathering dust.  Keep those fingers exercised knitting.  It's good therapy.
